With the current uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic the board
of directors for the SCI West Coast Chapter has voted unanimously in
favour of canceling our 3rd annual fundraiser banquet. With the current
mandate from British Columbia's Provincial Health Officer restricting
gatherings to less than 250 people we felt it was the best decision for
the health and well-being of our membership and their families at this
time.

This was not an easy decision as our annual fundraiser banquet is the
primary source of income for our Chapter to be able to fund projects and
events throughout the year. We will continue to monitor this pandemic
and assess if we will be able to reschedule. Out of fairness to the
generous donors we have also decided not to proceed without on-line
auction.

We strongly encourage everyone to follow the directions we are given
from the medical professionals. We appreciate everyone's understanding.
If you had already purchased your banquet ticket we will be in contact
with you to refund your money.
